Executive Director
Jenn (she/her) is a former educator and academic, specializing in public and nonprofit management, urban development, social justice, and representation. She recently left higher education - after nearly a decade and a half in the field - to focus on making a tangible, positive impact in her Aurora community. Jenn currently serves on the Aurora Citizens Advisory Committee on Housing and Community Development, representing Ward I.

Business Development Director
Jason (he/him) has over 21 years experience in the real estate industry across three states, including that with developer administration, new home sales, investor relations, and property management. Jason has also served on the Aurora Citizens Advisory Committee on Housing and Community Development for the past six years, representing Ward IV, having served as chair for the past year.
